Honor Roll Program

Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders stresses the importance of striving to get A’s and B’s in school. We recognize the students who make the honor roll and treat them to a special event. The Baseball Division honor roll students have visited Citifield, Yankee Stadium and Harbor Yard. The Basketball Division honor roll students have seen the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden . They have also participated at half time during Fairfield University games at the Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard and at the University of Bridgeport games. BCYL has seen an increase in awareness and effort among our players and parents to attain honors. In 2010, 25% of the students in the Basketball Division achieved honors!

Students who achieved straight A's in 2011-2012 were treated to a special trip to the ESPN studios in Bristol, CT.

The Honor Roll students for 2012-2013 earned a trip to a METS game on July 21, 2013 at CitiField. Everyone enjoyed the reward for their hard work and efforts during the school year!
