The Y.E.L.T. Program is designed to equip high school students with the skills and knowledge needed to turn their business ideas into reality. Participants will learn what it takes to be an entrepreneur, develop a business plan, and gain insights from local business leaders through collaboration and mentorship. As part of the program, students will also participate in an internship, gaining real-world experience in the world of business.

The program is designed to provide practical, actionable skills that students can apply directly to their entrepreneurial ambitions. The program culminates in a startup challenge where participants pitch their business ideas to a panel, showcasing their creativity and innovation.
