Code of Conduct

Our Commitment to Excellence

Code of Conduct Overview

At Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders (BCYL), we are steadfast in our commitment to upholding the highest standards of conduct for our board members, staff, volunteers, and parents. These individuals play a critical role in shaping the values and behaviors we aim to instill in the children we serve. The BCYL Code of Conduct reflects our unwavering dedication to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone in our community.

Our Promise to Uphold Standards

At BCYL, the Code of Conduct is more than a policy—it is a reflection of our values. By embracing these guidelines, we foster a community where:

  • Children feel safe, respected and supported
